Who writes the guides?
Sunny Kaliyar
Sunny Kaliyar is a performance analyst and high performance coach based in Brisbane, with more than a decade in professional cricket. Sunny spent ten years as a Performance Analyst at Cricket Australia, has worked with Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Australia women’s team, and now works as Performance Strategist and Innovation Lead at Queensland Cricket.
Cricket Field Map is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any organisation named above.
How the guides are written
Each guide answers one question in plain language and has a diagram you can copy into the planner. Rules for each format are checked against the governing body's published playing conditions, and the sources are listed at the bottom of the page. Where a rule differs between competitions, the page says so.
